Become a Coach

Coaching is prevalent in today’s world, and there are many kinds of coaches. Complete Life Coaching teaches a deep transformational coaching process that is based in philosophy of mind, neuroscientific principles and ever-changing information, and positive psychology principles. We believe each individual has in depth knowledge about their own unique strengths, character, and abilities, and that the coach’s job is to help them uncover their own truths and their most authentic empowered self to support them through their changes. We also know that change requires time, effort, and consistency. We teach a process called Integrative Transformational Coaching that works because it takes into account that change is not a linear, easy path. (If it was, no one would need help and we would all love life, all the time!) Coaching views people through the lens of unconditional positive regard and establishes a relationship for one’s life that is simply there to help, support, challenge, and encourage through genuine understanding and compassion. Coaches listen deeply and walk with their clients along the sometimes long journey to create changes. Training takes about a year to complete, and requires a commitment of time, energy, and willingness to practice processes from the very beginning of class.

If you’re still here, please read on and contact Vicy with questions. We would love to have more coaches as positive change agents in our world!

Tools & Techniques

The second part of the certification course adds more “meat” to the foundations component by giving you many tools and techniques that allow you to explore more deeply, and help clients flip their own scripts. These empowering, progressive tools will help you feel like you have ways to help people who feel completely stuck in their own problems. Coaching gives you the power to help people CHANGE what they cannot accept. You will be coaching volunteer clients throughout this course. When you finish it, you will be ready to start your own practice!
