You’re Not Crazy, You’re Grieving: Coaching for Grief
It’s okay to be wherever you are in your grieving process, no matter how recent or how long ago the loss was. We also recognize that anticipatory grief is a part of terminal illness, and we are here to help.
We offer a safe time & space to explore your feelings, find some peace amidst the chaos, and to know you are not alone.
Grief coaching helps bring clarity, healing, reflection, and comfort to people who are grieving the loss of a loved one. We know how painful loss is, which is why we are here to help you love yourself through it without judgment. You will have professional coaches available to you during & after group sessions, and private coaching sessions are always available.
Although each of our coaches works closely with clients who are dealing with grief, and with losses of many kinds (not only death of a loved one), Lisa Mays specializes in end of life work and works directly with hospice patients and their families as part of her practice. We will help you determine which coach is the best match for you & your circumstances, and we offer ongoing support.
